Jen and Clint kick off the 2nd series of Places We Go together exploring their own backyard, the top end of Australia (with their 4 month old baby Charli in toe!). It’s a fascinating drive up the old telegraph route to Thursday and Horn Island, home to some of the countries most remote communities and significant war history. Touring Captain Cook country, they meet some classic Aussie characters – eat witchitee grubs and even catch a six foot shark!

Clint takes the reigns and invites his mate Lachy to a place known for it’s incredible adventures! They’re exploring Nepal – taking in spectacular views of Mount Everest and heading off on one of the most stunning treks in the world – the Annapurna Circuit. It’s not just the physical challenge that’s often leaving the boys speechless, it’s the warmth of the locals that has an overwhelming effect… not to mention tracking rhino's in the Royal Chitwan National Park!

Nepal Highlights: Trekking the Annapurna Mountain Ranges, sighting Mount Everest, tracking rhino's in Chitwan National Park, Pokhara, Kathmandu Valley, Nepal.

Jen takes one of her mates Kendall through the land of the Pharaoh’s, Egypt. It’s an emotional journey as they are welcomed by the locals and take in the majesty of the pyramids and temples and cruise down the Nile. Jen finds herself piloting a balloon flight over the ancient city of Luxor… and almost crashes a felucca while chatting to a Nubian man sailing in Aswan! But all is well, they finish the trip snorkeling in the Red Sea in the stunning seaside town of Dahab!

Egypt Highlights: Hot air ballooning over Luxor, snorkeling the Red Sea, camping out in the desert, the Pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx, sailing the Nile, Egypt.

Hang on for the ride of your life and get ready to have your heart in your mouth!! Clint is on safari with his mate Hamish, Daniel (filming) and a very ‘keen’ guide in South Africa and Botswana for a trip of a lifetime that comes a little too close for comfort! It’s the wet season and getting seriously bogged in front of a pride of lions at dusk, you have to see the episode to see what unfolds! And that’s only the half of it – the lions come into camp, oh and did we mention they get charged at by an elephant while on foot!

Southern Africa Highlights: Spotting the Big 5, bush camping amongst the wildlife, coming face to face with a pride of lions, searching for elephants on foot, South Africa, Botswana.

Vietnam is a place that has blown us all away. Jen and Daniel (filming behind the camera) take their friend Kristi on an unexpected journey through the entire country that leaves everyone wanting to come back as soon as possible. On night one (in the old Saigon) the three end up on the back of motorbikes on convoy with the rest of the city (a hilarious adventure.) The trip continues from there! A visit to the Cu Chi tunnels is a sobering reminder of Vietnams recent history. They travel north to Hanoi and explore just about everything in between. From the quaint town of Hoi An (Jen’s favourite) and then onto one of the most memorable afternoons with the hill tribes of the Hmong people.

Vietnam Highlights: Navigating Ho Chi Minh city on bikes, Chu Chu Tunnels, sailing Halong Bay, taking a Vietnamese cooking class, an afternoon with Hmong hill tribes, Vietnam.

Clint takes away with his mate Shane. The boys have their trekking boots on and follow the head hunters trail through the jungles of Borneo (Shane has never been trekking... so this will be interesting!) – and no trip to Borneo would be complete without spending a few days with the Orang-utan – known for their intelligence and empathy.

Borneo Highlights: Hanging out with the Orang-utan, climbing Mount Kinabalu, staying in a long house, snorkeling beautiful pristine waters, trekking the Head Hunter's trail, Borneo.

Ciao! This trip has been a lifelong dream for the Places We Go team! And finally we have made it to Italy! We’ve started our adventure in Sicily – it has some of the most stunning old medieval towns you could imagine combined with the backdrop of the Mediterranean Sea. We even managed to climb up Mount Etna, she is certainly still rumbling. We hope you enjoy Italy as much as we did!

Italy Highlights: Cycling through Tuscany, cruising the Amalfi Coast, exploring the medievil towns of Sicily, wining and dining with the locals, trekking Mount Etna, Italy.
